Ordered online but realized I had made a mistake with the order. Good thing I was around the corner. Pulled up to the window and explained what I did and how I messed up. The delightful lady at the window went and talked to her manager and came back to tell me it was taken care of and to come back when it was ready. When I returned she hands me my chicken Alfredo and a chef salad and says all is taken care of. No extra charge or any problems at all. Talk about amazing customer service! We are so thankful as we have been moving and we’re hot and hungry. Our food was great! Fresh and yummy. Thank you so much! We will be back more often.

I should have grabbed his name, but the young man working tonight was amazing. Kept us company while cleaning and putting up the salad bar, and the other young lady helped ring our order up to save us a bit more and worked very diligently to cook our food. Amazing staff!

Their lunch special is the best! 9 for a soft drink, pizza and salad bar. Can’t beat that! Once the worker messed up on my order and said he wanted me to come back so for his mess up, my order was free for that day! I really appreciated that. Highly recommend!

Great pizza, servers were fast and fun to talk to. We enjoyed our meal there. Salad bar was pretty good, but seems like it could have been a little fresher.

This is a great place to go. I've only had the pizza, which in my opinion whether you get a personal or a large the quality is awesome. The prices aren't too bad either and the ranch is awesome. Which they never charged me for. The staff is always very friendly and you can tell they work hard to earn your business. I go there at least once a week and they're always been very consistent. Which is all I can ask for. Besides an awesome pie!

My wife and I came to dinner and from the beginning, Mark greeted us, waited on us and served us. Overall, it was an amazing customer service experience. He really knows how to talk to people. We have never been to Jim's Razorback Pizza before this but we will definitely be coming back. Their Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza was amazing. The fact that they make their own ranch only adds to how good this was. We were also lucky enough to try a new dessert, Apple Pie Pizza. I have had apple pie pizza before but they always fell short until now. It was crispy, sweet, and was just perfection. If you find yourself driving through Arkansas, stop at Jim's.
